Architectural Styles Lecture at Indiana Landmarks Center, Nov. 2

From Italiante and Queen Anne to Prairie and Art Moderne, historic architectural styles in Indiana vary across time and location. Learn helpful hints to identify the most common styles and the historical precendents of each in an illustrated lecture presented by Indiana Landmarks and Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors (MIBOR).
Indiana Landmarks Director of Heritage Education Suzanne Stanis will present “Indiana Architectural Styles from 1800 to the Present” on Nov. 2, 2011, at the Indiana Landmarks Center in Indianapolis.
It will be an interesting and informative look at buildings in Indiana from log homes to ranches. The event is open to the public. Realtors who attend can earn continuing education credits.
