Indianapolis – Below is the schedule of public events for Sunday, February 5, 2012, from the 2012 Indianapolis Super Bowl Host Committee.

Sunday Highlights


Super Bowl Village

Theme:            Super Bowl Sunday

Where:            Georgia Street

Hours:             11:00 a.m. – Midnight

Daily attractions include: Tailgate Town (games & tournaments); Zipline ($10 a ride) from 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.; Kinect NFL PLAY 60 FanDome; ESPN Broadcast Studio; The Huddle at Circle Centre; lights and pyrotechnics shows; Ice Gurus Randy Finch and Derek Maxfield from Food Network’s Ice Brigade creating ice sculptures; unique street performers.

Color Guard by Indiana Army National Guard

Noon              Indiana Reggae Band (Pepsi Stage – Meridian Street)

1:30 p.m.         Whitney Coleman (Pepsi Stage)

The Huddle

The Huddle will provide entertainment and dining options for visitors, as well as the LIDS Locker Room with a wide assortment of XLVI Super Bowl and NFL merchandise.

Interactive games, live entertainment, concessions and exhibits open to Super Bowl ticket holders only.

  • Avoid key pinch points – unless traveling to a pre-paid reserved parking destination —  south of Monument Circle, north of Lucas Oil Stadium, east of the Convention Center, and west of Bankers Life Fieldhouse.

    • I-70 exit 79A at West Street (eastbound and westbound)
    • Missouri Street closed from McCarty Street to Maryland Street
    • Illinois Street closed from McCarty Street to South Street
    • South Street closed from West Street to Illinois Street
    • Merrill Street closed from Capitol Avenue to Illinois Street
    • Russell Avenue partially closed
