Wolf Park, 4004 E County Rd 800 North, Battle Ground, Indiana (Tippecanoe County), is pleased to announce the establishment of its first endowment in honor of Dr. Erich Klinghammer, the founder of Wolf Park, who died in October 2011. The Community Foundation of Greater Lafayette, which is managing the endowment and has supported Wolf Park in the past by awarding the organization grant funds, will match $1 for every $4 designated for the endowment.
Wolf Park is celebrating its 40th anniversary in 2012, and the endowment will help create long-term financial stability for the organization. Contributions towards the endowment will help ensure that Wolf Park will be able to continue its mission of research, education and conservation into the future. Donors will be recognized in the Wolf Park newsletter and by The Community Foundation of Greater Lafayette.
Tax-deductible contributions can be made to the nonprofit organization by sending a check payable to The Community Foundation of Greater Lafayette, 1114 E. State Street, Lafayette, IN 47905. Write “Erich Klinghammer Wolf Park Endowment” on the memo line.
