Wolf Park 40th Anniversary Celebration, Oct. 13

Wolf Park invites you to join us as we celebrate our 40th anniversary on Saturday, Oct. 13, 2012, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The final event in this three-part series will featured renowned speakers Michael W. Fox, Beth Duman and Chris Albert. Tours of Wolf Park and other entertainment will also be offered.

Michael W. Fox is the former Vice President of The Humane Society of the United States and the author of more than 40 adult and children’s books on animal care, animal behavior and bioethics. Dr. Fox has spearheaded the movement to foster the ethical treatment of animals and the environment since 1967.

Beth Duman is a wolf specialist and educator focused dog trainer. Beth has been doing positive dog training for over 16 years. She is a regular guest speaker at Wolf Park seminars.

Chris Albert was a veterinary student at Purdue University when she started volunteering at Wolf Park, gaining experience in applying knowledge of animal behavior to increasing the effectiveness of their medical care.

Silly Safaris will have a Live Animal Show at 1:00 pm and Bill Marion and the Flying Frisbee Dogs will perform at 2:00 and 4:00 pm.

Wolf Park is located in Battle Ground, Indiana, in Tippecanoe County, at 4004 East County Road 800 North, about 90 minutes northwest of Indianapolis. Admission is $10. Visitors are invited to return at 7:30 pm for our Howl Night program for $7, or purchase a combination ticket for both day/evening for only $15. Members get in FREE all day long!
