Need a cure for your cabin fever? Then come on out to the Winter Wellness Weekend, happening January 18–20, 2013, in Brown County State Park, Nashville, Indiana. Shake off those winter blues! The event offers Winter Hikes, the Frosty Trails 5 Mile Race, and Warm UP from Within – a weekend full of relaxing workshops and classes.

“The Winter Wellness Weekend has grown from just a couple of hikes to a full weekend of hiking, running, yoga, meditation, and more. Enjoy the activities, and of course, the beautiful scenery that Brown County State Park always offers. The energy felt around the park is unmatched and is such a great event for anyone looking to get a little active before spring,” said Jane Ellis, Executive Director of the Brown County Convention and Visitors Bureau.
