The Pacers will open the 2013-14 NBA season by hosting the Orlando Magic on Tuesday, Oct. 29, 2013, in Bankers Life Fieldhouse. The Pacers will also appear on national television 17 times.

McMillan Eager to Get Going with Pacers
Nate McMillan and the Pacers were a perfect fit. McMillan wanted to get back into coaching and recognized the Pacers as an organization where “everything is in place.” The Pacers were looking to add another dimension to Frank Vogel’s bench.

Copeland has Successful Surgery
The Pacers announced that forward Chris Copeland underwent successful arthroscopic surgery on his left knee. Recovery time is estimated at six to eight weeks and Copeland is expected to be ready for the start of the 2013 training camp.
