On Saturday, September 21, 2013 at 7:30 pm, the Indiana Wind Symphony (IWS) is returning as a resident ensemble of the Carmel Palladium under the direction of Dr. Charles Conrad, to kick off their 14th season with Hollywood & Broadway Classics.

This performance is sure to delight audiences with favorites from such classic films as The Wizard of Oz and E.T. as well as favorites from hit Broadway shows that crossed over to become cinematic classics, including selections from West Side Story, the Sound of Music and My Fair Lady.

Joining the Wind Symphony for this performance will be two talented special guests, both currently studying the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music.  Soprano and Carmel native Jessamyn Anderson will be singing in her third performance with the Wind Symphony.  Joining her on stage will be tenor Michael Deane, who is excited to perform with the IWS again after last year’s debut.
