The Indiana Wind Symphony (IWS) presents its 2014-2015 season concert schedule. The IWS will perform its 16th season under the direction of Dr. Charles Conrad.  All season concerts are performed at the Palladium at the Center for the Performing Arts, located at 1 Center Green, Carmel, Indiana.
The 2014-2015 concerts and selections from each performance include:
Bicentennials–The Star Spangled Banner and the Saxophone – September 27, 2014 at 7:30 pm
Internationally recognized saxophone virtuoso Kenneth Tse joins the IWS in celebration of the 200th birthday of the Star Spangled Banner and Adolphe Sax, inventor of the saxophone.
SOUSA: Stars and Stripes Forever
MACKEY: Concerto for Soprano Saxophone and Wind Ensemble
TICHELI:  Blue Shades
Summon the Heroes – November 15, 2014 at 7:30 pm
Pianist Kelleen Strutz joins the IWS in a concert dedicated to heroism.
WILLIAMS: Summon the Heroes
RACHMANINOFF: Piano Concerto No. 2 in C Minor
CAMPHOUSE: Movement for Rosa
Holiday Dreams – December 6, 2014 at 7:30 pm
Soprano Jessamyn Anderson, Santa and Mrs. Claus put the entire family in the holiday spirit.
ADAM: O Holy Night
ANDERSON: A Christmas Festival
Wizards, Witches and Hobbits, Oh My! – February 21, 2015 at 7:30 pm
The Indiana Wind Symphony uses magical music from Hollywood, Broadway and around the world to conjure up witches, wizards, and hobbits in a spellbinding concert.

WILLIAMS: Harry Potter Suite
DE MEIJ: Lord of the Rings
Hymn Songs – March 28, 2015 at 7:30 pm
Concert works inspired by beloved hymns.
GRANTHAM: Kentucky Harmony
SOUSA: Power and Glory
SIBELIUS: Finlandia
The Power of Brass – May 17, 2015 at 2:00 pm
Soloists James Beckel and Julie Beckel Yager join the IWS to perform outstanding works of music that feature brass instruments, including Mr. Beckel’s Pulitzer Prize-nominated The Glass Bead Game.
COPLAND:  Fanfare for the Common Man
RESPIGHI: The Pines of Rome
FELICE: Power Plays
