On behalf of The Capital Grille
The Capital Grille, known for its dry aged steaks and award-winning wine list, launched the new winter additions to its popular “Plates” lunch menu. Selecting from soup or salad and an entrée for $18, guests can customize their lunch with the flavors of the season. The Capital Grille guarantees a lunch experience that won’t exceed 45 minutes when ordering from the Plates menu.
Perfect for warming up from the cold weather, the new winter plates menu offerings feature the Executive Chef’s take on comfort foods. Highlighting the new menu offerings is the Dry Aged Sirloin Hash with Crispy Onions, a savory entrée of sweet peppers and onions, fingerling potatoes and sirloin topped with a soft fried egg. The hearty winter dish draws inspiration from comforting breakfast foods and is accompanied by a new, hearty soup offering, the Creamy Potato Leek Soup.
